We have redesigned our reading areas to ensure there's a range of genres for children to read and enjoy. As you can see they are very inviting and cosy!
We have lots of texts to choose from, which include: fiction, non-fiction and books children can read independently. Children can read these books in different comfy positions and places, even outside in the sunshine!
If we read at home 3 times a week and our diaries are signed, our names go into a weekly raffle on Friday to win a prize!
To promote a ‘love of reading’, children also get to vote for our 3 o’clock read.
