Children who sign up to join a club will be registered each week by the teacher in charge. Children must attend every week unless a note is sent to explain why they cannot attend. If a club or activity takes place after school, please ensure that children are met promptly from school at the time the club finishes from the main school entrance.
Library and school council clubs will run during the school day and no permission slip is required.
May I respectfully remind you that teachers running clubs do so in their own time for the benefit of the children. Therefore, the teachers reserve the right to suspend children from clubs if their attitude or behaviour is unacceptable.
