A register of attendance will be taken weekly by staff and activity leaders, therefore, it is important for children to commit to the activity and to attend each week. Children must also be met promptly at the main school entrance at the designated activity’s ending time. School rules apply to all these activities and therefore, staff have the right to suspend children from them if their attitude or behaviour contravenes our school rules. May I respectfully remind you that teachers running clubs do so in their own time for the benefit of the children.  Therefore, the teachers reserve the right to suspend children from clubs if their attitude or behaviour is unacceptable.
