Diwali Day in Year 3 was a blast! The children revelled in a day jam-packed with laughter, learning and memorable cultural experiences. From developing skills in printmaking, creating vibrant Rangoli patterns; listening to exciting storytelling that highlighted the festival’s rich tales; learning the Happy Diwali song in our Music sessions; being entertained by the school choir during the whole school assembly; acquiring further attacking and defending abilities in Kabaddi; to increasing our geometry knowledge when making 3D sweet boxes in Design Technology sessions; the children, and teachers alike, embraced the spirit of unity and joy as they took part in the magic of the festival of light through these engaging activities.
